Boot Camp

This fast-paced, action-packed, high-evergy class combines high intensity and quick movements with strength exercises, circuit training, and endurance drills to improve your agility, cardiovascular fitness, and to give you an intense total body workout. Remember, the more muscle you have the more fat you burn! Research has shown that women can greatly benefit from strength training, so call to reserve your space today!
